Privacy and dignity
Privacy notice
How CHREFOM handles membership, pastoral, financial, family and website information.
Why information is collected
CHREFOM records information required for membership administration, pastoral care, safeguarding, events, volunteer coordination, communication, giving reconciliation and legal or financial accountability.
Access and confidentiality
Access is controlled by role and church branch. Highly confidential pastoral information is restricted to authorized pastoral personnel. Member giving details are private and are not published to other members.
Photographs and communications
Public or member-visible photographs require recorded consent. Members can manage communication, photography, data-processing and optional anonymous donor-recognition preferences in the member portal.
Your choices
Members may request correction of inaccurate information, review portal privacy choices and raise giving-record disputes. Official historical, legal or financial records may be retained where the church has a legitimate obligation to preserve them.
Security
The platform uses access controls, audit logs, encrypted backups, two-factor authentication support and protected private-file storage. Passwords are not stored in readable form.
Contact
Contact the ministry or your branch administrator through the contact page for privacy questions or correction requests.
